Bling Couture takes your privacy very seriously. The information you provide us is only used to process your order. It's our promise to you that we will never sell your information to other companies.
 
Store Hours:
Our on-line store is available for shopping 24/7! If you have any questions, please feel free to send us a message at customerservice@bling-couture.com or send us a message through our contact page. We can also be reached by phone at (866) 620-8880, or (310) 993-7589 Monday through Friday, 9am to 6pm, PST.
 
Shipping Rates:
Our shipping rate is a flat rate of just $6.95 and FREE for all orders over $100.
 
International Shipping:
Please contact us at customerservice@bling-couture.com and we will be happy to quote you a rate for international shipping. When contacting us, please provide us with the item(s) you wish to order, along with your address and province, so we may get an accurate quote to you.
 
Delivery:
Some of our items ship within 3-5 days from the date of purchase. However, since the majority of our items are custom made to order, please allow 2-4 weeks for full delivery. Items are shipped via USPS, priority mail, UPS or FedEX. If an item will take longer than 4 weeks before receipt, (unless otherwise noted in the description), you will be promptly notified. Please note that items may ship seperately. Due to items shipping seperately, the order tracking will not be updated until the final item has shipped.
 
Rush Processing and/or Rush Shipping:
Rush processing and/or shipping may be aailable on select items. If you need an item by a certain date, please contact us prior to placing your order to be sure we can accomodate your request. An additional fee will apply for each service.
 
Sales Tax:
For orders delivered in the state of California, a 9.75% sales tax will be added to your order.
 
Payment Options:
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express and PayPal.
 
Returns:
We at Bling Couture stand behind our products 100%. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your merchandise, you may return within 14 days for an exchange. Please contact us at customerservice@bling-couture.com to receive return instructions. Please note that while we are happy to work with you on an exchange, we cannot cover the shipping cost of items returned to Bling Couture. Please also note that shipping charges are not refundable. Returned items MUST be in their original condition and are subject to inspection. We will not accept returns of used items. All sales are final on holiday, personalized or custom merchandise.
